Thank you for your kind words and compliments, I really appreciate it. As far as treble goes, there is a lot of personal preference involved. Master and Dynamic’s take on treble suits my personal preferences very well.

The ANC on this particular model is indeed finicky. I did not notice any difference between the modes, as per your experiences. I suspect that the ANC is not as effective as it could be due to the ear tips that the MW08 comes with not sealing very well. I advise you to try and use foam ear tips and see if that helps the ANC’s effectiveness.
